A world traveller and an embracer of change, these adventures define and continue to change Monique Mahboobani.

A third-year student at Boston University, Monique has worked at Harpers BAZAAR, The Straits Times RazorTV, and Ogilvy & Mather. Monique completed two internships after her first year at college. She worked as an editorial intern for Harpers BAZAAR where she authored advertisements and was a leading organizer of the September 2013 Beauty Awards. At RazorTV, she worked as a multimedia journalist conducting interviews and creating short videos for online viewers. Recently, she worked as a social analyst at Ogilvy & Mather where she fell passionately in love with the hustle and bustle of agency living. As a result, Monique wishes to concentrate in advertising and tap in to this industry to understand the ‘holy grail’ of strategy.

Now you may think Monique has already crossed over to the dorky side, but she is an adrenaline junkie and an evolved introvert. Her life motto is quoted by the dashing Don Draper who says, ‘change is neither good or bad, it simply is”.
